Senior Manager on WorkforceX, Deloitte's award-winning enterprise experience platform used by organisations globally to manage communications, change, and employee engagement through a single digital front door. Lead frontend, mobile, and desktop delivery across the full lifecycle — development, architecture, release management, impact assessments, production support, and project management. The platform encompasses change management, onboarding, operational communications, and learning products. Deliver systems integration connecting client enterprise systems such as payroll, leave, and HR platforms into the WorkforceX experience layer. Drive stakeholder coordination and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. WorkforceX won the AHRI Peter Williams HR Technology Award and the 2024 Digital Transformation Award.

Built and maintained the Communic8 iOS & Android application — an enterprise engagement and change management platform. Managed automated build and release pipelines and maintained test suites. Full-time from 2021; contractor from 2019.

Part of a 5-person team that designed and built autonomous soccer robots from scratch — custom PCBs, firmware in C/C++, and sensor systems. Captained the team in 2017. Won 3 RoboCup Junior World Championship titles across 2017 (Nagoya, SuperTeam) and 2018 (Montreal, Individual & SuperTeam), along with regional, state, and national titles in Australia.
